How does PROBOIL® work?
PROBOIL® is the first mouthwash that is also a dietary supplement, meaning it can be swallowed after rinsing. Its oil base forms a biofilm-like protective layer that helps good bacteria colonize and displaces pathogens. Its vitamin A content supports the regeneration of irritated or dry mucous membranes, while vitamin E strengthens the immune system in the oral cavity. The combined effect of Lactobacillus live flora, peppermint or orange oil, and MCT oil is effective in the oral cavity and further sections of the digestive tract.
PROBOIL® covers nearly 75% of our daily vitamin A and E requirements, providing continuous support for oral and immune system health.
Live flora for bacterial balance
The Lactobacillus bacteria in PROBOIL® help maintain the health of the oral cavity, digestive system, and immune system.
Vitamins for proper functioning
Vitamin A supports the regeneration of irritated or dry mucous membranes, while vitamin E strengthens the immune system.
MCT oil for rapid absorption
The oil base forms a biofilm-like protective layer, promoting the colonization of good bacteria and the displacement of pathogens.

What you need to know
Which package size should you choose?
Depending on your symptoms, PROBOIL® can be used on an ad hoc basis or as a course of treatment. For acute symptoms, we recommend 5 ml twice a day, i.e. two measuring spoons, and for maintenance and prevention, we recommend a 30-second rinse with 5 ml once a day. The duration of the treatment is on average 2 months, but may vary depending on the symptoms. The 150 ml package is sufficient for one month with one rinse per day, while the 50 mlpackage can be used for 10 days.
PROBOIL® tips for everyday use
In addition to rinsing, it is advisable to dip PROBOIL® into dental cleaning tools (interdental brushes, dental floss) before use to deliver the active ingredients to the more enclosed areas between the teeth.
Can I swallow it after rinsing?
It is advisable to swallow PROBOIL® after rinsing, as the live flora in the liquid helps to restore the proper bacterial balance throughout the digestive tract.
How long should I rinse with PROBOIL®?
It is recommended to hold it in your mouth for at least 30-60 seconds and swish it around thoroughly. This allows the oil to form a biofilm-like coating and the live flora to spread evenly throughout the oral cavity.
How should PROBOIL® be prepared before use?
Pour the entire contents of the sachet into the oil in the bottle and shake thoroughly for about 20 seconds. This will make the mixture ready for consumption. The measuring spoon included in the box makes it easy to measure out the daily dose.
What is the recommended amount and how should I use PROBOIL®?
It is recommended to rinse once a day with 5 ml (one measuring spoon) and then swallow. It is also suitable for local mucosal brushing or repeated rinsing: this can be done 2-3 times a day. Important: Shake the bottle well before each use!

Scientific background
How our microbiome works
Our bodies are home to 2 kg of tiny organisms. These are mainly bacteria, but there are also smaller numbers of viruses, fungi, and parasites. Together, they are called the microbiome. Most of them live in the digestive tract, i.e., the oral cavity and the intestinal system.
Their balance is essential for our health, which means that all beneficial bacteria must be present in the right amounts, while pathogens must not be allowed to multiply. The microbiome is our first line of defense, participating in metabolism, immune response, hormonal processes, and maintaining mental health. In order for our microbiome to feel good in our “skin,” we need to provide it with a suitable breeding ground. It needs intact, inflammation-free oral and intestinal mucosa and nutrients, i.e., prebiotics.
Bacterial balance in the oral cavity
Bacterial balance in the oral cavity is extremely important. Periodontal inflammation and inflammation around the root tip are bacterial in origin, and bacteria can travel through the bloodstream to distant areas of the body. Thus, they can play a role in the development of various diseases (e.g., cardiovascular problems), which in some cases cannot even be identified. The most effective approach is prevention, which is based on proper oral care at home, regular dental check-ups, and professional teeth cleaning.
