General Terms and Conditions
The Parties agree that the provisions of Act V of 2013 (Civil Code) and Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses shall apply to the delivery and warranty of the products. The Business states that dietary supplements and other oral care products bearing the “PROBOIL®” brand name can be purchased in its online store. Hereinafter, these are collectively referred to as: PRODUCTS
1. ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCTS UNDER THE CONTRACT
The Company sells Products on the www.matos.hu website as part of its online store operations. You can find out about the essential characteristics and composition of a given Product by clicking on the name/photo of that Product.

3. PRICES
The prices of the Products are available by clicking on the given Product.
4. TERMS OF DELIVERY
Payment method: When ordering, by credit card on the online store’s order interface, redirected to the official K&H Bank POS page. Cash on delivery to the parcel delivery company (credit card and cash payments are also accepted).
The Contractor shall issue an e-invoice for the items and costs (shipping) of the purchase and send it to the Buyer by email within 1 working day of the purchase.
Order processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and handed over to our parcel delivery service partner as soon as possible. The ordered product will be delivered to our customers by GLS Parcel Service and MLP (Magyar Posta Zrt.) within 3 days of the order, but the order will be fulfilled within 7 calendar days at the latest. We will inform our customers in writing about the expected delivery of the ordered product at the email address provided during the order. There are no deliveries on weekends and public holidays.
According to the current VAT law, the transaction is considered completed when the Company has handed over the order to the courier service.
Method of delivery: The delivery of the ordered product(s) within Hungary is carried out by GLS General Logistics Systems Hungary Csomag-Logisztikai Kft. or Magyar Posta Zrt. as part of their parcel delivery service. The Customer can select the home delivery service provider during the payment process in the webshop. The service fee of the selected parcel delivery service is automatically added to the basket value, which the Customer pays using the selected payment method during the payment process. After the order has been processed and the package has been handed over to the courier service, delivery is carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions of the selected courier service.
The cost of returning the product shall be borne by the Customer. In the event of unsuccessful delivery, the cost of the third delivery shall be borne by the Customer and will be invoiced retrospectively.
We would like to inform our Customers that, in accordance with the amendment to Government Decree 335/2012. (XII. 4.) , the parcel delivery services of Magyar Posta Zrt. will be available on our website from March 28, 2024.

Delivery time: The average time for fulfilling incoming orders is 3-5 business days.
On the specified delivery date (2-3 business days from the date of order acceptance), you can receive your shipment BETWEEN 8 AM AND 5 PM throughout the country at the expected delivery time indicated in advance by the selected parcel delivery service. We reserve the right to change the delivery time, and we’ll let our customers and visitors to the matos.hu website know about it in writing.
Confirmation: The Contractor sends an automatic email confirmation for every online order, confirming the validity of the order. If you do not receive our confirmation email within 2 hours of your purchase to the email address you provided during the purchase, we recommend that you check your spam folder! If you did not receive our confirmation email prior to your purchase, please contact our Customer Service at +3630-5589868 or +3630-3115116, or write to info@matos.hu.
Correcting errors and omissions: If an administrative error or omission occurs in the product description or price in the online store, the Contractor reserves the right to make corrections. In such cases, after identifying and correcting the error, the Contractor will immediately inform the customer who placed the pending order (not yet handed over to the courier service) of the change. The Customer can then confirm the order, or either party may withdraw from the contract.

To submit your order, you must accept our current Data Protection Policy, which you can view by clicking on the blue underlined text “Data Protection Policy”. Once you have accepted the terms and conditions of the order, you can submit your order. After submitting your order, we will send a confirmation email to the email address you provided.
If you choose to pay by credit card, the “Proceed to checkout” button will take you to the K&H Bank payment page. Please follow the instructions there to complete your payment. Placing an order entails a payment obligation.
Logging out: You may need to do this if you are using the internet in a place where others may also use the same computer. By logging out, you can prevent others from placing orders in your name.
5. COMPLAINT HANDLING
The Contractor accepts complaints at the postal and e-mail addresses indicated in point 2. The Supplier will respond to complaints within 48 hours on working days.
In case of a dispute, the consumer may turn to the Conciliation Board.
The Conciliation Board with jurisdiction over the Supplier’s registered office is: Budapest Conciliation Board, 1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99. III./310. Postal address: 1253 Budapest, Pf: 10.
6. WITHDRAWAL FROM DELIVERY
Important notice!
In the case of dietary supplements, cosmetics, and packaged foods, pursuant to Section 29(1)(e) of Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), the consumer may not exercise their right to withdraw from the purchase. The above does not affect the consumer’s right to withdraw from the contract as specified in this section between the date of conclusion of the contract (placement of the order) and the date of receipt of the product.

The Purchaser may exercise their right of withdrawal until the date of receipt of the product. In this case, they may only exercise their right to withdraw from the purchase by refusing to accept the package.
The Contractor will only take back the product in its original condition, in full quantity and quality.
In order to avoid disputes, the Contractor may take photographs of the package containing the returned goods.
The cost of returning the product shall be borne by the Purchaser.
6.1 Refund in case of withdrawal
If the Purchaser withdraws from the order in writing (by e-mail) before the package is delivered, the Contractor shall refund the value of the order (the basket value and the delivery fee together) to the Purchaser. If the Buyer indicates their intention to withdraw after the order has been delivered and received, the Contractor shall refund only the price of the products by transferring the amount back to the bank card used for the order within a maximum of 2 working days after receipt of the returned product(s). In the event of withdrawal, the cost and method of return shall be borne by the Purchaser, and the condition for the refund of the value of the product(s) is that the product(s) must arrive at the Contractor‘s address in their original packaging, unopened.
7. PRODUCT WARRANTY, GUARANTEE
The Supplier complies with this information by applying the template in accordance with Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) as follows:
7.1. Product warranty
The general warranty and guarantee rules of the Civil Code (Act V of 2013) also apply to dietary supplements, according to which the seller (Contractor) is obliged to take responsibility for expired products and to provide warranty rights to the consumer.
7.2. Specific Rules for Dietary Supplements and Oral Care Products
Decree 37/2004. (IV. 26.) ESzCsM on Dietary Supplements
This decree contains specific regulations on the distribution of dietary supplements in Hungary, including product safety, labeling, and advertising.
- Expiration date: The expiration date must be indicated on the packaging of dietary supplements (“Use by (month/year)” or “Best before (month/year)”). This date indicates how long the product can be consumed safely and effectively.
- Safety and quality requirements: Dietary supplements must meet safety and quality requirements that ensure that the products are not harmful to health.
7.3. Consumer protection
- Act CLV of 2002 on consumer protection
This law protects consumers’ rights when buying dietary supplements, including remedies for defective products.
- Consumer rights: Consumers have the right to file complaints about product quality and seek assistance from the competent authorities (e.g., the Consumer Protection Authority) in resolving problems.
8. INFORMATION ON THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT
The contract is in Hungarian. The order is considered a written contract. The Contractor will send a copy of these GTC with every order in an email confirming the order, which can be downloaded in PDF format via a link.
9. METHOD OF PROCESSING AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA
The protection of your personal data is of paramount importance to Good Biom Dental Kft. The collection and processing of personal data necessary for identification during the use of our website complies with the applicable data protection regulations (Act CXII of 2011). 12. CONSUMER PROTECTION
If the Purchaser notices a violation of their consumer rights, they are entitled to file a complaint with the consumer protection authority competent for their place of residence. After reviewing the complaint, the authority will decide on the conduct of consumer protection proceedings.
